if I'm not mistaken. Stardust-NO, Castaways-NO, Opera House has had a chip redemtion going for all their chips. I think it may have expired by now. it was a couple months ago when we went by and they had a sign at the cage. Not sure about MSN. I'm sure SOMEONE will correct me if I'm wrong
