At the Atlantis, they sell them in the gift shop as a single die on a key chain. Key chain is easily removed. I also got very buddy-buddy with a couple of pit bosses at the Crystal Palace, since I've gone there so many years. They get me a set or two when I ask. The git shop doesn't sell any casino related things. No dice cards, not even post cards with the place's name on it. No shirts or towels or any logo things. Crazy don;t you think? Anyway, near impossible to get a hold of....but I have a couple of the sets of dice from there. :-)
