It's always easy to blame the man at the top. I'm sure Bush sat down and decided to deliberately "screw" the National Guardsmen. As for Kerry and Murtha or whomever you want to bring up, who knows what they would have done in the same situation, given the same info and during the same stretch of time. It's all conjecture, hind sight and party line spouting.
