How about you give us a list of what you want to see on the BB, and another list of what you don't want to see on the BB. When you get the lists where you want them, send them to Greg and tell him to update the User Policy.

We have lived for roughly 12 years on the BB without such lists but maybe it is time to accomodate the new guy.
