I received this from a trader in Germany. He advises that:

The Rathfarnham Casino and Card Club is situated above Dorothy's Pub in Rockbrook, Rathfarnham, Dublin. The Casino Club is opened seven nights a week daily from 10 p.m. till late. The house games incorporate Craps, Roulette, Brag, Stud Poker, Black Jack, Punto Banco, 3 Card Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker and Texas Hold'em.

The Casino offers a free buffet every weekend as well as complimentary drinks to the patrons. Apart from all the entertainment this club offers, it also offers a free membership and free training school on all games played here.

Perhaps Mr. Spragg can enlighten us to the game of "Brag", if only becuase the casino is within his general vicinity.
