Are there two "Catfish Bend" properties? The Fort Madison location, using the older chips with a catfish depicted, and the recently opened Burlington location, which now has a new rack?

I believe I was a bit confused because Greg lists the two properties as:

Burlington and Fort Madison/Burlington. I was thinking it was one location with three different sets of chips.
