Can anyone ID this interesting chip -- "Key Club". Note the neat way they hot-stamped "key club," so it read "key" like a cross:

I wonder what my scanner is doing. Please tell me if the hot-stamp inscription can be read on both pictures. How good is each pictures? (Red chip, only one I have.)
