well Pete, this is what I learned. Ignorance of the Nascar laws is no excuse....Oh and always read the back of your media cred's LMAO!! I take all the blame for what happened to us. We also had media cred's and I just sold a couple of pics that I really liked. Someone must have squealed to Nascar and we got the phone call telling us we were on the "black list". Big friggin whoop!!!! I was sick of their bullcrap anyway. It is not the same since Dale Sr passed and now this new bunch is as greedy as the Wal-Mart family

We buy a lot of pics from Indy photo dept also. They have some great shots, BUT they are very restricted to what they can sell also. One of the head photographers that works there, told me that they can only sell a shot of a driver when he is NOT in his Nascar suit, for example, in an IROC driver suit it is ok.. They cannot sell a pic of a singe Nascar stock car but can sell a pic if there are more than one car in the same frame (pic). BUT if the track logo or Nascar logo is in the frame (pic) they cannot sell it either! We magnified dozens of shots till we found some that fell in their stupid rules that we could BUY! And nowdays, who would want a pic of that ugly Car of Tomorrow anyway
