Chips are UNKNOWN. The black inlays (9 colors) were delivered to E.M. O'Neil & Co., Chicago, IL in 1936. The pink inlays (6 colors) were delivered to E.M. O'Neil & Co., Detroit, MI in 1938. Of course the USPC records are known to be notoriously incomplete.
