's Message Board, but several times in the past I have run across the same thing. In one instance I tried to describe the manner in which the 2 x 2 paper and mylar flips were catalogued and the types of chips. Did they include owner code marking or TCR lettering, or C/W rarity coding, etc.
In another instance, I described a unique chip or two. It is a difficult thing to do, as you do not have possession of the items and typically cannot take photos, etc.
Interestingly enough, we have had several people in the past come to this Message Board telling us of lost or stolen property and then they fail to follow-up with good descriptive information, and in several instances, no information.
Bit I like your general idea.
