the scans that Rich is showing are from the eBay seller's eBay offering. I suspect that Rich might be compounding the concern if he were to superimpose his URL over those scans.

Rich, I am not a lawyer, but, if you had a mind to, you could copy down his picture URLs and just link to them for your site. Periodically check your page to see if he changes the URLs, but I know of nothing that keeps you from linking to his own pics. And this action will likely add insult to injury!
