I have never dealt with them before. I found in general that most of the electronics places in NYC are very sleazy. But that is mainly on pricing. You go into the store and you are expected to negotiate. That said, if the price you have is an internet price and you are happy with it, its probably OK. The only one that I would recommend for day-to-day electronics in NYC is B&H Photo/Video. I'll wander by there and look into the store.
