I am making up some personal chips. I really have no interest in collecting other personal chips.

What I am interested is getting the collective wisdom of this group's veterans about the value of a personal chip in trade. If I wanted to trade one of my personal chips for regular casino chips to add to my collection, is there any kind of implied value in this type of transaction? Is it fair to ask for 2 $1 current chips or perhaps 1 obsolete lower value chip? Should it be one for one?
