The 2008 class of nominees to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame were
announced yesterday... they are, in alphabetical order:

John Mellencamp
Donna Summer
The Ventures

The five leading vote-getters will be inducted in the annual ceremony
March 10, 2008, at New York's Waldorf Astoria Hotel.

Editorial comment: while I agree with several of these nominations,
once again - no Chicago, no Moody Blues, no Three Dog Night...
shame on the RRHOF nominating committee.
