Its not the categories (existing or proposed) that are the problem, its the 50% of sellers who list in the wrong category anyway.
Give them more categories and there is more chance they will get it wrong.
Also, the reason you find poker chip sets, for example, in the casino chips, is the sellers know that category gets more views so they put them there on purpose.
