If you want to get picky, the Constitution does not state that the Supremes have the power to rule a law unconstitutional-it is interpreted to be there by the Supremes. The Declaration of Independence is not a "law" document. Case Law is 90% of law probably. I have the entire Illinois Statutes on part of a shelf, when you see a law library, that is mostly case law.
Knowing you as well as I do, you would be mighty unhappy if it weren't for case law.
