Why don't you stick to the Constitution and Declaration of Independence as written & not case law?

Jeez, Aaron...gimme a break! Even the word "citizen" is barely used in the Constitution. "Illegal Immigrant" is not there at all.

One example: Article IV, Section 2. The citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states.

Guess one day I'll have to learn to read...and then I can know all these neat facts that you do!
