I offered no opinion however, I simply stated the current law. It is what I do pofessionally. The Supremes have ruled on this many times, unanimously. Yes it could change, either by a reversal of the supremes, or an act of congress. I don't anticipate either happening, there are no cases dealing withthis specificquestion evn on the horizon that I am aware of, and cases don't suddenly appear on the supremes docket.

For what it is worth, the law on this issue has been settled since early in our history. Although both terrorism and immigration are serious issues we have faced before,and we had a civil war, the rulings by the courts have remained consistent.
