And another question from me... how would you determine a value for a chip that is not listed in the TCR?

The reason I'm asking is that I've recently received a chip from Harrah's Reno/Lake Tahoe (N7185, $25) that is a cancelled chip. There is no valuation listed for the chip in the TCR, and the chip uncancelled would be a V value. So what would be a reasonable value for such a chip here?
