To me, the word rare means that only a few (or even just 1 or 2) of an item is known to exist at all. LE's, in nearly all cases, will most likely be made in larger amounts then that. I will concede that their are some LE's that are hard and near impossible to get, but not rare.I guess if a casino or Gaming somehow took back a great percentage of an LE it could become rare.....

NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO GET would be a better description, but you can't fit that into the title line of an auction and the name of the casino too
