A $5 LE chip of only 100 made would be much "rarer" than a $25 or $100 LE chip of the same number issued.
Furthermore; if the $5 chip of only 100 issued was a Las Vegas LE ... it would be more "rare" than an Atlantic City or Colorado $5 LE of 100 issued.
