If I'm not mistaken, your jeton should be about 43 mm in diameter, and if you look closely at the corners around the denomination, you should see a 'C' at 10 o'clock, an 'E' at 2 o'clock, and a 'P' at 4 o'clock. I have attributed this jeton to the 'Casino Elysee Palace' in Vichy, France. The initials, time frame, and design all seem to fit. Due to the beautiful, ornate design, these jetons usually fetch $15-$30 on Ebay.
