I still have to disagree with your treason claim. Definition of "treason" is "the offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign." One could argue that by censoring Columbia's right to have someone speak on a controversial topic, you are in fact throwing out the Bill of Rights. In my opinion, that would be a move that is a whole lot closer to treason than allowing psychopath to make a speech. Let's not become what we hate.
Regarding your second point, two wrongs don't make a right. If you are physically attacking a speaker, you've crossed the line and should be arrested for assault.
All that said, once he steps on American soil, I'm not opposed to arresting him for any crimes we can prove in a court of law. (okay, so that would probably have some really nasty international ramifications, but it would do the soul some good short term. )
