There was also a blurb in the paper today that the revenue (wait, they called it "jobs for the people") is too important to the City and they are remaining open, even if the State shuts down government.
The teller I talked to was none too happy about selling extra chips... I got one quarter and two snappers out of him. He didn't know what was happening to the old chips (I suspect destroyed) and couldn't get the concept of buying the chips now before they are destroyed... I'll try again before they close, and I'll be there on 10/2 to get some of the new rack.
