I obtained this notebook and pen during the summer at the Great Blue Heron casino in Ontario. The set commemorates the casino's 10th anniversary, and was given to new club members.

It is unused and in excellent condition. The covers are blue plastic, and the book measures 5 inches by 7 inches by 1/4 inch thick. The pen has a highlighter on one end, and a retractable ink pen on the other.
