Eric, I doubt that they were bagged...

like that by Chipco. As I recall, there were 2000 of each chip (this is not verified by me, just a typical amount) and to ship 16,000 chips in 2,000 packets is not a good idea. I suspect that they came to the Excalibur in Chipco plastic racks and cage personnel put them in sets and sealed the bags so they wouldn't get mixed up.

I'm glad they used bags like this. I remember getting a set from the Pioneer in Laughlin and they used scoth tape!!!! What a chore that was to remove the tape!!!

As for pricing on this set, I really don't know. It has some nice characteristics, one of which is that it is a stacking set. An image is revealed when all eight are stacked and aligned...

Also, they are a Millennium issue. Excuse the sloppy scan (it is hard to roll eight chips on glass in time with the scanner bar!) but here you can read the entire stacked set message:
