ID please: "EC" (or "CE") die-cut USPC 1923 for sale

I just acquired some of these. ID, anyone? (I can sell some sets at pre-identifiction prices.)

This is what I know so far:

¶ They were definitely made by the U.S. Playing Card Co -- the order card (which has the sample chips attached -- same as these) from the manufacturer's records say "re-Ordered 11/19/23." No other info.

¶ The Gaming Table (1998 edition) on pages 84 and 92 says: Eugenia Club [EC], Brasher Falls NY, opened c. 1923. (Brasher Falls --. It is upstate NY near the St. Lawrence River.)

¶ Howdy Herz" USPC Co. Guide says Eugene (typo ?) Club, 1925 (There is a Eugene Country Club in Oregon, established 1899.)

¶ Google search did not help.

Thanks,
Robert
