If you were outside on the sidewalk, walking in front of ther Monte Carlo heading South, it is just past the main entrance to the Monte Carlo. You would walk past the entrance, then the next thing you come to is Diablo's Cantina, which you walk right into off of the street.

If you walked into the Monte Carlo from the street, you would then make a sharp left & there is an entrance to Diablo's there. Andy - Las Vegas
