I picked up my chips at around 10 PM Friday night. Diablo's Cantina had just opened about an hour earlier, so I went in to check it out. It is located in the Southeast corner of the Monte Carlo. This is a great place! It is rather large with an open air patio looking out onto Las Vegas Blvd. The extensive menu looks very interesting.

Check it out the next time you are at the Monte Carlo. Or if you are in the area, walking around the Strip, as you can walk directly into Diablo's Cantina, without even stepping foot into the Monte Carlo.
