When I made my rounds of the Tampa card rooms there was never a problem. The Hard Rock is open 24/7 and they will sell them to you at the Poker Room cage. Also some of the old Seminole stuff is in the gift shop.

The race track card rooms open at 11 AM and they told me that by law they had to sell them at the tables. I was there at 11 AM, picked up a "Players Card" the Supervisor took me over to a table and told the dealer "This guy collects chips" "Sell him whatever he needs, pick him out some good ones". I gave the dealer a few bucks and everyone was happy with no problems.
