I'll be in Tampa/St. Pete next week and figured I would collect chips at the various greyhound/horse track card rooms. Is it easy to buy chips in those places - like at a cashier's cage? Or do you have to actually buy into a game and play poker? I've never been to a "card room" before - just regular casinos - so I don't know what the protocol is.
