NCR - How to read the manual

I'll give you the punch line first, so you don't have to wade through the rest unless you want to.

Can't read the tiny print in that little 5x7" manual that came with your new camera (phone, whatever device)?
Manuals for almost all new devices are posted on the mfr's web site as PDF files.
Download the file, enlarge to 8.5x11 and print the damn thing.

A few weeks ago I got a new toy. A Panasonic DMZ-LZ5 digital camera.
This is a fantastic little camera! 6 megapixels, 6x zoom(8.3x zoom in some modes), image stabilization.
I am constantly amazed at the quality of the pictures this little devil produces (samples on request)!

Far from being limited to simple 'point and shoot' mode(which returns spectacular results), this little marvel of modern technology has dozens of settings and adjustments hidden in numerous menus (a different set of menus for almost every mode).

The only problem I have encountered is with the manual that enumerates and explains all these menus and functions.
All the information is there, it's just very difficult to read due to the 5x7" format and tiny, tiny print.
Even with a magnifying glass it was a real chore to find what I needed.

See solution above.

Now, as I browse through my easily readable 8.5x11" manual, I am continually amazed at the sheer quantity of what they have packed into this little 3x4" gadget, and I am actually learning to use the many features.

I case you haven't guessed by now, I highly reccomend this product to anyone looking for a highly capable point and shoot. Original list price was $250. It is now commonly available for $125 or less. I paid $94.50 for mine.
