That's not my understanding Ricky. I believe these smoker lounges on the casino floor that are being talked about to comply with the local ordinance are just that ... closed-in, but ventilated lounges for smokers to satisfy their habit ... with NO gaming.

Hey, they used to have spitoons in the bars for tabacco-chewers in the old western movies I used to watch. Used to throw peanut shells on the floor too! All that has changed for the sake of progress and good health! We even enjoy indoor plumging now instead of going to the out-house and employees must now wash their hands after using the toilets!
