NCR the post office has it against me ! !

I just got this email from USPS, I have an on-line acct with them that I use to generate my labels and pay for postage whenever I use Priority or Express mail. Seems that one label that I generated and canceled back in March has been re-used and now they are trying to collect from me. Funny thing is that the original label was destined to San Juan, PR and the re-used one went to Greensboro NC, I do not know anyone there. I'm just giving a heads up to those of us who use the online postal service for their own needs. I've already responded back to them, lets see what happens. Here is copy of email:

Dear Click-N-Ship Customer:

Our records show that your transaction was canceled during the printing of this label on 03/04/2007 03:43 PM CST and were not charged for postage. According to our records, the online shipping label referenced below received a scan in our system, indicating it has been used.

1. Go to www.usps.com/clicknship
2. Log in and you will be presented with the Postage Due payment screen.
3. Review the details of your Postage Due label
4. Submit payment using your credit card

Once payment is made, your Credit Card will be charged and your account will be cleared. Please note, all Postage Due for online labels can only be submitted through the Click-N-Ship website. Your local Post Office can not process Postage Due payments for online labels.

If you would like to appeal this decision, send us an email using the Contact Us link found at the bottom of every page on Contact Us. Appeals must be received within 7 days of the receipt of this correspondence.
