No chip to match this logo, but TGT shows the place had gaming, opening in the 20's and still around. The emblem looks like a duck, with a latin inscription on the ribbon. Printing isn't clear, but looks something like SIC PENDENNIS.

Ed's book shows a plain PC inlaid clay chip for this place. Anyone have an extra?
