The only available property I know of, is a lot beside the Hilton Grand Vacation that I worked on a couple years ago. Across Sahara Road is the new Allure Condos. Caddy corner to the big lot is some land that has vacant properties on it where Ivana Trump was going to build but the deal fell thru. The pic below is of the vacant lot in question...

In the pic, the vacant dirt lot, across the street from the Sahara is the one in question. South of that lot, the building going up is the Hilton Grand Vacation (my job). Across the Strip, the other dirt lot was the El Rancho site and now the FountainBleu is being built there. The dirt on that site was actually a make-shift concrete plant that made all the concrete for the Turnberry Condos going up at that time. The smaller vacant dirt just North of the lot in question is where the Allure Condos are now.... Now for the final confusion, the dirt lot directly behind the Hilton Grand Vacation going South is where the new Sky Condos are

BTW, it very well could be the Wet and Wild property that is beside the Sahara Casino. There has been lots of talk about something big being built there. It includes the park and the big parking lot beside it
