It was located in a hotel in Helsinki, Finland. I believe it was the largest casino in Helsinki at the time. They had poker, cash and tournament games. I believe Juha Helpi (sp?) got his start dealing there. Many of the chips were in Finnish Marks (the small denominations were 10 FM and the ones I have seen were red with a reflective inlay), such as the chip you show (although I have never seen that chip - I suspect it is a tournament chip), but they switched to Euros before they closed. It was closed by the owners in order to open a larger casino, which I believe is the Grand Casino. Hope this helps.
