MGM announced that Dubai interests (Istithmar Hotels FZE)will join Kerzner International Holdings in the projected 40 acre billion dollar + resort planned for the SW corner of Sahara and L.V. Blvd with the construction to begin in '09 and the resort to open in 20012. MGM is contributing the land valued at $20 million an acre. L.V. Review/Journal article.
