Yes, it was a GOOD meeting yesterday Dan. Happy to see that you anc your wife made the long trip down and back and that it was worthwhile for you. While the attendance was only about 50-60, there were several NEW faces present (thanks to Lin W's publicity efforts). Some new interesting material was seen that I would have liked to have purchased, (Complete Ceasars A.C. WSOP chip set and some pristine Boardwalk Regency hot stamp roulettes) but the owner wanted to trade for first issue Resorts and first issue Boardwalk Regency material. New room key at Trump Marina were very popular and a strong likely candidate for RKOTY honors next year.
All in all, it was a very good day. I hope that the cooler weather coming in the Fall will bring out even more people for the next A.C. meeting. While the sign at the bottom of the escalator helped to attract a couple of walk-ins ... it would have been better if the signage at the TOP of the escalator directing visitors to the actual ballroom meeting location had not been removed.
