I'm planning to go to Atlantic City this month. How many casinos are currently open? Will any new ones open this month?

I understand the Bally's property includes 2 casinos, Bally's & Claridge - do they use different chips?

Is there a place along the Boardwalk where I might find obsolete chips at very attractive prices - such as second-hand stores, coin dealers, etc.?
