We do not have a regular mail delivery person on the route. Our mail once had a regular carrier & mail was delivered around 11 am. Now the PO says that due to a shortage of help a delivery person has to come from a carrier that picks up a second route. Mail now gets delivered around 4 pm if at all. Yesterday we had no mail delivery. My next door neighbor worked for the PO but she got layed off. Does this make any sense?
