There was no gaming in this little hole in the wall place but it is worth noting as Harold Smith owned it. Purpose for owning the little place was that he could go there and DRINK and whore around away from the watchful eye of Pappy. Small, about 14-16 bar stools and a couple tables, and very dark according to Dwayne Kling. Guy by the name of Vince Hanlon ran the place for Harold. He passed away a couple years ago.
Harold loved Siamese cats and had several hence the name of the joint.
I am going to include it on the ashtray site just because of its close connection with Harold Smith. BTW, it was just down from the Mapes on the other side of Virginia Street.
