At first glance you would say no but then think about all of the Indian casinos that are literally in the middle of nowhere that do a good business. One good example is the Cherokee casino in North Carolina. It is 1 1/2 hours from the nearest city (if you don't count the Indian reservation it is on) yet they had to add a hotel about 2 years ago because they ran out of local rooms to support the casino. And that casino doesn't even have a full complement of table games.
If they have the money to proceed than why not give them a chance?
