The concept is off center from reality. The idea of a new, very well run casino with a theme is now in a downwards spiral in Las Vegas. City Center and Echelon Place will not have themes. The Beverly Hillbilly will not go down with the number of people that would make it a success! Better to have a beautiful mansion themed casino wiht the name of some famous northern nevada person than the Beverly Hillbillys & Max Baer! Call it the CARTWRIGHT! Call it anything but "Beverly Hillbilly" and then make sure it it is extraordinarily attractive and well run!
