It doesn't really have brand attraction. Its even off television right now (TV Land has run through the series). But people will go to the see the spectacle of it, and will come back if they like it. I don't see it working, but once you get past all the obvious jokes its just another casino. And if the area will support one then it will work. As for a destination resort, doubtful...
