Getting Late,
Just wanted to thank everyone so far for their emails and postings. There is usually a lot more to the picture then a simple question could cover......redevelopement area (no property tax benefit), not zoned for gaming (commercial big box store area next to residential)$24.7 million dollar land right down to attract "big Box" stores (taxpayer money "spent" to increase sales tax), 143foot high building in 40foot high zoning area (could set precedence) Any way, I'm sure I'm starting to bore everyone!! I mostly was just interested in the Beverly Hillbilly brand attraction, if any.
