I think people would travel there one time based on "the popularity of the Beverly Hillbillies" just to see how it turned out. If the place offered decent value and service I think people would come back. There are a lot of fun things to do and places to visit in and around Carson City and darn few nice places to stay - are they ever going to finish the Ormsby remodel?
