When looking throught TCR Edition 10 I notice a series of 19 C&S chips issued in 1937.
All have no denomination but 3 different color inlays [BLK - RED- YEL]
They are listed in the normal order that TCR used for roulette chips [1st in listings]
Would I be correct in the assumption that in 1937 they only had roulette or at least only roulette chips?
