If anyone has noticed, humor is based on social minorities and shortcomings. A joke always starts out..2 "Rednecks,Blacks,Italians,Jewish,Polish etc." guys walking down the street.Its never just "2" guys. Instantly the listener has a reference point because he has a pre-conceived notion who the joke teller is talking about.You instantly know whats coming. At that point you as the listener have the right to say"stop " because you will be offending me. Or turn around and leave if you are in the audience. The remaining audience does not have the right however to criticize the person leaving.I think Dennis has the right to unsubscribe to the "FATBAS"ARD" website. However Mark is being unfair in his right to criticize Dennis's decision. Like it or not, this is HUMOR.I think everyone here is familiar with Jeff Foxworthy. He has made a career of poking fun at Rednecks. What about comic legends Mortl Saul, Lenny Bruce, Richard Pryor,Andrew "Dice" Clay. All shock comics of their day poking fun at something or someone. And who can forget the champion.. "Archie Bunker"? So lighten up everybody...we still have that ability to turn it off if it dosnt sppeal to "our" sense of humor.I would always want that choice to be mine and not put in the hands of someone else or some other entity.
