Per gaming regs, the operators are supposed to send a letter to gaming telling them what they are going to do with the chips/tokens.
If other than destruction, gaming must approve.
If destruction, then how many, where, and when.

There are companies that will come to the property and destroy the chips.

Gaming wants them destroyed but there is that little matter where Bill Borland sued them and won Re: The Silverbird chips.

If the operator intends to continue with a NV gaming license, best to comply.
If the operator does not intend to continue a gaming license, then I refer you to the Binions rack being sold all over ebay.
